Would give 0 stars if I could! ...
Just back from being bullied by Blanc staff. I have never felt so judged for wanting injectables in my entire life and never felt so discriminated towards my health conditions ever! Nurse Carmen firstly told me she doesn't recommend fillers. Then I said reason I am at Blanc is that it is founded by a Dr and that may I get the drs opinion please? She became quite defensive and said "well I'm a registered nurse and have been injecting for 15 years", and totally dismissed my query. When I said it would be great to talk to their dr while I am there she looked very annoyed and left me in the room for about 7-10 mins and came back with a phone and said we can connect to the dr who prescribed injectables. And I said yes that sounds awesome. And Dr Hannah was her name she started the conversation by saying "soo you have all these conditions and seems like you have too much money to spend on fillers and dissolvers huh?" Said it with a smirk looking down at me. Made further rude comments about my health diagnoses and I ended up trying to explain myself and why I wanted and was made feel guilty for wanting to get injections!! Blanc staff. I understand injections are not for everyone and totally get you wouldn't want to do it but the way you have bullied me today and made discriminatory comments was rude and unprofessional. I would not even spend a dollar here this was my worse experience by far!
